The new Vermeer VXT400 and VXT500 vacuum trucks combine powerful vacuum performance, advanced operator technology and streamlined serviceability to support the evolving needs of underground construction professionals.
Built for Productivity
Both models feature dual digging capability, allowing two operators to work simultaneously from separate dig points. A 25-foot boom with 330-degree rotation helps crews reach more work areas without repositioning the truck, reducing setup time and improving efficiency on the jobsite.
An available camera system with boom reach radius overlay helps operators visualize coverage before setup, making it easier to position the truck for maximum productivity.
Reliable Hydro-Vac Performance
The VXT400 delivers up to 4,131 cfm of airflow and 18 in Hg of vacuum, while the VXT500 provides up to 5,018 cfm of airflow and 27 in Hg of vacuum for higher-production applications. Both machines offer 3,000 psi water pressure and feature a hydraulically driven water system designed to help reduce component wear and maintenance requirements.
